I noticed this too and studied the manual. It takes at least 14-16 hours for a full charge, and the charging indicator never goes out. Apparently, you can have the unit connected for days without overcharging the battery. The recommendation is to connect the unit for the minimum charging time before use.

Yes, everything you see in the 4th picture is included. Plus a power supply unit and a small case.

There are at least 4 extensions plus 2 bevelled ones for lateral cutting. In addition, the cutting height can be adjusted in approx. 6 steps without an extension.
