Simple Body Fat Analysis

This personal scale not only shows your weight but also your body fat percentage. The scale sends a weak current through the body. Since fat conducts electricity worse than muscle, different resistances are created, which the device captures. Using this information along with additional details such as height, age, and gender, the scale then calculates your body fat percentage.

BMI Calculation

The scale calculates your BMI (Body Mass Index) based on your weight and height. This value gives you a rough guideline for assessing your weight. For adult women, the value should be in the range of 19 to 24, and for men, it should be in the range of 20 to 25. However, keep in mind that the calculation does not differentiate between muscle and fat mass, which means the value may not be reliable for athletes, pregnant women, and seniors.
