How to use Scholl Heel Plasters: Ensure that your feet are clean, dry, and free from creams or oils. Remove the first backing and place the plaster directly over the blister. Remove the second backing by pulling on the blue tab. Leave the plaster on the blister until it falls off on its own.

How to prevent blisters:

• Wear shoes that fit well and are breathable.
• Wear socks with moisture-absorbing properties, such as cotton or sports socks. Avoid synthetic materials.
• Change your socks at least once a day or more often if you are exercising.
• If your feet become damp from rain or sweat, change your socks immediately and dry your feet.
• Apply a foot deodorant with a specially formulated Tri-Active formula to neutralize odors, reduce moisture, and provide 24-hour odor protection.
• If you want to break in new shoes, you can prevent blister formation by using the Scholl Heel Plaster.
