As Workforce Planner, you shape how our new site in Neuenburg am Rhein runs: forecasts in, operations plan out, staffing needs and shift planning included. Working closely with production and logistics, you develop the KPIs behind our decisions and keep improving the tools you use to get there. There's also room to grow: over the next few years, you will take on the lead of our future planning team.
Deine Aufgaben
- Forecasts in, operations plan out: you build the plan for our new site in Neuenburg am Rhein and derive the staffing needs from it.
- Shift and daily planning is yours: planned downtimes and staff availability always factored in.
- Planning methods and tools don't stay as they are. You keep developing them so our processes run leaner.
- Together with us, you develop and analyze KPIs, because decisions here are based on data, not gut feeling.
- Across teams, you coordinate and support our production and logistics processes, working hand in hand with the people on the ground.
Deine Fähigkeiten
- A completed degree in business administration is your foundation
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable field is a must have.
- Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, we support you achieving the needed competencies with language classes. German at B1 level is also required.
- Work preparation, planning or supply chain management are no strangers to you.
- Numbers are your thing: with strong analytical skills and Excel at your fingertips, you turn data into sound analyses and efficient forecasting models.
- The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
- A willingness to challenge «how things have always been done» and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions
