Product details

The ACT industrial data sensor cables (actuator cables) are equipped with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) sheath, making them highly resistant to mechanical stresses such as movements in a chain. The connectors are overmolded with TPE, and the protection rating is IP67.

The Ultraflex cable features individual conductors made up of 41 copper wires, which together form a diameter of AWG24. This design makes the cable more flexible than a standard AWG24/7 patch cable.

Stranded conductors consist of uninsulated thin wire strands that are twisted together. The more wires present in a stranded conductor, the greater the flexibility of the wire.
