Das Mi Pad 2 ist oberflächlich eine fast exakte Kopie des iPad mini, doch in vielen Belangen fehlt der letzte Schliff. Bei 200 Euro Preisunterschied könnte man trotzdem schwach werden, denn gravierend sind die Patzer meist nicht ? und bessere Android-Konkurrenten kosten mindestens 100 Euro mehr...
Nach dem Test des Apple iPad Mini 4 können wir ruhigen Gewissen behaupten: Es ist eines der besten Tablets überhaupt, vielleicht sogar das beste in seiner Größenkategorie. Dass Apple das kompakte Tablet in seiner Kommunikation so stiefmütterlich behandelt, können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen...
Das Apple iPad Mini 4 WiFi+Cellular ist ein gutes Tablet mit dem Betriebssystem iOS. Es ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Sein Display ist gut und hochauflösend (2048 x 1536 Pixel). Es ist leuchtstark, so ist auch in hellen Umgebungen alles gut zu erkennen. Der Betrachtungswinkel ist sehr groß, sodass auch beim Blick von der Seite alles gut erkennbar bleibt...
Apple hat das iPad mini 4 behutsam überarbeitet: Es ist nun mit 307 Gramm exakt 34 Gramm leichter als sein Vorgänger, arbeitet dank A8-Prozessor etwas zackiger und hat eine bessere Kamera an der Rückseite mit nunmehr 8 Megapixeln. Mit seinem brillanten Display, der ordentlichen Akkulaufzeit und guter Ausstattung holt das iPad mini 4 den Testsieg.
Keine Frage, das iPad Mini 4 ist an sich ein tolles Tablet und endlich ein Nachfolger des iPad Mini 2, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Allerdings ist der Flachrechner weit davon entfernt, perfekt zu sein. Das liegt vor allem an Apples unverständlicher Firmenpolitik, der Mini-Serie keine aktuelle Hardware zu verpassen und die Geräte so unnötig zu beschneiden...
Mit dem iPad mini 4 ist Apple im Test eine echte Überraschung gelungen. Die aktuelle Generation ist leichter, schneller und leistungsstärker als alle anderen Tablets dieser Größenklasse. Nur die Akku-Laufzeit ist nicht optimal.
