The 3D plastic Nylon PA12 + GF15 from Fiberlogy is a highly advanced filament specifically designed for demanding applications. With a reinforcement of 15% glass fibers, this filament offers a significant increase in strength, stiffness, as well as thermal and chemical resistance compared to pure nylon. It features an impressive stiffness of 3.6 GPa and a temperature resistance of up to 170 °C. The flexibility of the material makes it ideal for applications exposed to variable loads and impacts, such as in automotive, medical, or sports industries. Additionally, the low shrinkage ensures high dimensional accuracy, while the absence of a heated build chamber simplifies handling. Hardened steel or ruby nozzles are recommended for printing to minimize wear.
