The Gembird EE2-U3S-3-LG is an external HDD enclosure designed for 2.5-inch SATA hard drives. It offers a SuperSpeed data connection via USB 3.0, enabling a maximum data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s. This is ten times faster than the previous version, USB 2.0, ensuring efficient and rapid data transfer. The enclosure supports hard drives of any size up to a maximum storage capacity of 2 terabytes. It is backward compatible with USB 2.0, allowing for versatile use. The enclosure is made from a combination of plastic and aluminum and features a modern, light gray design that fits well into various environments. Power is conveniently supplied through the USB port, making handling easier and avoiding additional cables.
