Godox

The GODOX V1mid N is a flash unit with a round head design, specially developed for Nikon camera systems and equipped with a built-in battery. The distinctive round head geometry produces soft, naturally appearing light with appealing reflections and reduced harsh shadows, making it ideal for portrait, event, and studio photography. The flash head rotates horizontally 330 degrees and tilts vertically from -7 to 120 degrees for flexible light positioning. With a guide number of 60 at ISO 100 and 200 mm focal length, the flash provides sufficient power for most indoor and medium outdoor distances. The device supports TTL automatic exposure, manual mode with power control from 1/1 to 1/256, as well as a multi-strobe function with configurable frequency and number of flashes. Integrated 2.4 GHz wireless transmission allows for off-camera flash control, compatible with GODOX X wireless systems, and it also offers an optical slave mode for other flash systems. The lithium-ion battery provides approximately 480 full charges per charge and can be charged via USB-C in about 2.5 hours. The color temperature is a constant 5600 K, daylight balanced, with an integrated LED modeling light that has adjustable brightness. Dimensions: flash head diameter 85 mm, overall dimensions approximately 100 mm wide, 120 mm high, 80 mm deep, weight 420 g including battery. Features include a standard flash shoe for Nikon with a locking mechanism, built-in reflector card, and diffuser dome for light scattering. The backlit LCD display ensures clear setting readability in various lighting conditions, while the intuitive user interface allows for quick parameter adjustments. This successor model to previous round head designs combines improved battery technology and expanded wireless connectivity options for professional photographers seeking reliable, versatile lighting solutions.
