Tokyo is the capital of Japan.

The mysterious man known only as "Phantom" works in secret to regain his overwhelming powers that have been sealed away.

He has granted a weapon called FA (Fu-mension Artifact) to young, talented individuals and lured them into battle by promising to fulfill their wishes if they win. The reason for this is that the clash of the FAs creates a distortion of space and time, resulting in an opening that leads to an alternate world. This opening will ultimately ensure that his powers are unleashed.

Waka is the daughter of the Kumon family, which belongs to a clan of exorcists. She and Mikoto have rebelled against Phantom, but just before they could defeat him, they lost. Waka also has a sister named Nagi, who has been kidnapped by Phantom.

Itsuki is determined to become a hero of justice. Yuzuha is a ninja who has managed to escape Phantom's seduction. The two also join the fight. Together with the four girls, they set out to find Phantom to rescue Nagi.
