I own the DT 990 pro and I use it with the FiiO Dac E10 amp which sounds really good and I don't know any better price! You can also find it on Digitec.

The headphones are very comfortable and have a natural sound (no strong bass). Since it does not shield the ambient noise very much, you can still hear your surroundings. The cable is a spiral cable, at 2-3 metres I recommend an extension of the cable.... LG

These headphones are less suitable for the Playstation because of the high number of ohms, as the sound is reproduced very quietly. The headphones can also only reproduce stereo and not surround, which can be important for some games. However, you can amplify the sound with a headphone preamplifier so that the volume is high enough. This would be an example: FiiO New K3 (Gain switch, Bass Boost, USB-DAC)

Is it loud enough for you or for your environment? Joking aside: If the audio output has a jack socket, you can connect the DT 990Pro. However, since they are open headphones, you will hear ambient noise. If you are in a noisy environment, I think a closed headphone would be a better choice. PS: Regarding sound quality: I don't use them for gaming, but for music production, and the sound quality is great. They are also very comfortable to wear because they are very light.

Hi Lebi, for a lot of bass I would recommend the 770pro, because it is closed. For producing music, it depends on the step you want to use it in. For recording I would also take the 770pro, but for the tuning of the music the 990pro is super suitable. Take a look at some videos on YouTube, there are some good ones on this topic.

This depends on the sound card or its headphone amplifier and, of course, on personal perception of when loud is loud enough. The lower the impedance, the less juice the sound card has to use to achieve the same volume. For me, these headphones are loud enough on a smartphone at full volume. A PC usually has more juice than a smartphone. So, yes, you get enough volume out, unlike the 600 ohm model in some circumstances. I have a professional sound card, so 600 ohms is no problem.

The closed one is also great. It just has a slightly different sound, is less "airy", has more bass and is well insulated from the outside, whereas with the open one you can hear everything from the outside. Headphone amplifier: for on the road or at home? If you want to connect anything else (instruments? Line in?), the Focusrite Scarlett are absolutely recommendable: https://www.digitec.ch/de/search?q=focusrite%20scarlet.

32 will definitely work. 250 might be questionable in terms of volume/quality. my suggestion would be to get a good sound card at the same time, then you can make sure that 250ohm is supported, and it sounds a lot better than on-board sound. This will also help you get the most out of the DT990. If you also want to use the headphones with a smartphone or something, only the 32 will really work.
