Another possibility would be to get the ink pad from China or something like that. You then just have to reset the printer so that it knows that the ink pad is new again.
There are various methods, but just google "WIC reset Epson Ecotank".
I haven't had to do it on mine yet, so I don't have a recommendation.

I don't really understand your question - but I've been using this printer for 16 months and haven't had to refill the original ink cartridges yet

Well, it may be that the service is not available. I haven't tested it yet, but it is important that this service is registered in your destination list at https://www.epsonconnect.com/user, otherwise the machine won't know whether the service can be executed and where the scan should be sent. Of course, the printer must also be connected to the network.

Yes, all the colours are there, even more than will fit when you fill it up.

No. Automatic scanning is not possible because there is no feeder tray and the scanner must be placed directly on the scanner glass. This means that duplex scanning is only possible manually.

I bought this printer over a year ago and received it with 2 bottles of black ink and one bottle each for the colours
I have not had to buy any more ink yet: it's great ;-)

The unlimited version includes a subscription to the Epson refill service. This means that for two years, you only have to contact Epson to have refill cartridges sent to you free of charge.

The "Unlimited" offer is a service from Epson that is additionally offered with the purchase of the Epson ET-2750.
This service allows you to print without restriction for a period of two years from the date of purchase of the machine and includes the free supply of consumables (ink bottles), each on request (by email), when the ink in your machine runs low.
The buyer must register for this online within 14 days of purchase.
Based on my personal experience, this "Unlimited" offer is hardly worthwhile for private households or the "home office". I have owned the Epson ET-2750 since Nov. 2018 and have not even used half of the cartridges after more than 14 months, although I also print in photo quality frequently.
Before buying, it is worth making a calculation: Either a higher purchase price with unlimited ink service (2 years) or a lower purchase price (current offer even with CashBack CHF 40!) and invest in new cartridges if necessary. Currently, a whole set of cartridges (= 4 pieces) costs about CHF 64.
The consumables will only be sent to the address given during registration and may of course only be used in the device(s) for which they were registered.
This offer is formulated more clearly on the Epson homepage.
The printer is connected via WLAN. No experience has been gained with other options.
