This is a Samsung special plug. So it is not an HDMI plug. Only Samsung TVs have this input. It cannot be used on other TVs. Attach the Scart plug to the back of the TV, otherwise the small Samsung plug will be loaded on one side. Good transmission quality.

I can't answer that. If it has a connection on the TV, then it works. The plug on this adapter is analogue and not digital.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a detailed description of this "special Samsung connection", not even on the manufacturer's page. The product info reads: - Special adapter for Samsung LED TVs - for adapting the Scart signal to the Samsung specific connection Notice: The adapter is suitable for most Samsung LED TVs. However, there are some models that do not have a Samsung-specific connection, in which case the adapter is not suitable. If the Panasonic TV does not have a "special Samsung connection" - which I assume it does - it must be expected that this adapter will not fit a Panasonic TV.

I couldn't do anything with this adapter, wanted an adapter SCART > HDMI. I found one on Amazon for about 20 francs. This one does what it is supposed to do.

Hello Reburk According to our information, the UE55MU6170 does not have a connection for this adapter. You will probably have to resort to a Cinch-Scart adapter: Hama Cinch-Scart-Adapter (3 RCA). Your TV should have the necessary composite input. Greetings Andy from Hama
