The storage discs were already installed in the server. I didn't have to change anything on the server.

Stick with the originals if you want to use HPE support. Every part not installed by HPE is treated as a source of error in a support case, even if it has nothing to do with the cause. I have a Samsung SSD installed, which is always the subject of discussion!
It's worth upgrading to 64. I have made the 128 full and you can clearly see the difference.

It should actually say 2x 4 TB HDD SATA III (6Gb/s)) included. Thank you for pointing this out, we will be happy to pass this on to the relevant department.
