I would like to expand the MicroServer to 64GB RAM. Which RAM (article) can be recommended for the 32GB module already installed?

Stick with the originals if you want to use HPE support. Every part not installed by HPE is treated as a source of error in a support case, even if it has nothing to do with the cause. I have a Samsung SSD installed, which is always the subject of discussion!
It's worth upgrading to 64. I have made the 128 full and you can clearly see the difference.

In addition, stick to the components recommended in the manual. Support refuses to help if they find parts that are incompatible with the server, even if they should work technically and from the operating system. HPE then requires you to remove the "incompatible" components in order to generate one of many system health reports! Really exhausting with them in such a case.
