Kill or be killed in multiplayer mode: For the very first time in the Tomb Raider series, there will be a multiplayer option. Players can compete against each other on various multiplayer maps in three different multiplayer modes: Team Death Match is a straightforward person-versus-person combat scenario. Private Rescue is a timed mode where specific classes of teams are assigned to complete certain tasks. Finally, the Call for Help mode requires one team to complete a task and survive while being hunted by the others. In all three modes, the destructible environment and acquired weapons from the single-player campaign can be utilized.
