The KryoSheet graphene thermal pads are an excellent alternative to thermal pastes and feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity.

The graphene thermal pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as a superb alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to Carbonaut pads, they have a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. However, KryoSheet, as a high-end product, provides a noticeably higher thermal conductivity compared to Carbonaut pads. This enhanced thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of materials but also the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to the usual aging that occurs with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible.

The KryoSheet graphene pads feature a stacked molecular structure in the Z-direction. This optimized structure allows for outstanding and consistent thermal conductivity. This is made possible by a specially developed manufacturing process that breaks the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane to exploit the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity of graphite. However, a side effect of this elaborate manufacturing process is that the electrical conductivity is also increased, affecting the stability of the KryoSheet pads, so the pads should only be used according to instructions.
