Managed Ethernet switches from the "Value Line" series provide comprehensive control mechanisms for data distribution and bandwidth management to coordinate and cope with the different requirements of communication participants in an industrial network. Entry-level managed Ethernet switches feature Turbo ring and turbo chain with fast recovery time (≤ 20 ms @ 250 switches), IGMP snooping, QoS, and port- and tag-based VLAN. Configurable error messages via SNMP trap, email, or relay output. User-friendly, web-based configuration and management. Metal housing compliant with IP 30. Switches are available with different connection variants: 8 x RJ45; Order no. 893-6812, 6 x RJ45, 2 SC multimode; Order no. 893-6815.
