Order cancelled. Instead of writing an expected delivery date, just write that it is still unknown, instead of changing the delivery time twice and then finally writing "beginning of August" anyway. This only gives the impression that you want to generate as many purchases as possible because customers hope to receive the goods soon. In the long run, you are only shooting yourself in the foot.

I have also cancelled, and mine was even in mid-August. I will order elsewhere or wait until AMD sells it again directly.

They more or less did here, just in a place that is not particularly helpful:

www.digitec.ch/de/page/amd-ryzen-3000-rx-5700-xt-und-x570-ma...

Personally, I also only saw this because someone posted it on another question.

I am really sorry that we had to update the delivery dates of the CPU several times. We have acted to the best of our knowledge. Although we have been an official AMD partner since the beginning of July and we are very often in contact with AMD regarding the availability of the 3900X, we have only received 60 units so far, which is supposedly a lot for the size of Switzerland.
I hope you can imagine

that we would also like to receive more 3900Xs here. But I can also put myself in your shoes and know that this is very frustrating. Unfortunately, it is frustrating for me too and if I can somehow influence that we get more of the 3900X sooner, I will do it :)
You can still read the status of the 3900X situation here:

I haven't cancelled the processor yet. But I probably will. I can just wait for the 3950X :)

yo, the wait is getting tedious..., hope it's still worth it... but would have wanted to start upgrading (+ building a server with the old components) in a week, then it wouldn't be while working, so if something doesn't want to work / windows doesn't like the 3000 and says goodbye, I'll probably have n bigger problem (need the workstation to work and don't have time to fix) @AMD please deliver digitec...

Unfortunately, I have been waiting since 17.07.19.
Basically I have no problem waiting, but having all components except CPU is frustrating.
Especially when the delivery date keeps changing.
Destroys the anticipation several times.
Better not to raise false expectations. then I wouldn't have even started with custom cables and custom water loops.
I'm not really used to this from Digitec.

Hello, what is going on exactly? I understand 1 delay, but this is worrysome, it has been delayed several times...
I've got almost all my components with the rams shipping in a couple days, do I need to cancel the order? what is happening? Can anyone provide me with more PRECISE details on the shipping or am I going to get 2 more months delay?

i know when delivery can be made: exactly on the day when bibi can sing.... xD

We are talking about the product or the delivery time Digitec!? you have come to the wrong place to complain. I'm looking for technical information and not the cries of disappointed customers who have to wait longer than expected for their goods.

How everyone whines about the delivery date, but 90% don't need the processor at all....
