Question about pixel 5 - 315354

I'm also curious, pre-ordered, was showing early November and tonight it changed to early December. Two month for pre-order is not acceptable, can anyone shine some light on the matter? The ordering page still says November... Which is true?

Unfortunately, the order now suddenly says "Beginning of December", even though I ordered very early. The product page still says 6.11. Is it effectively a month late?

Talked to Digitec support today...really looks like it won't be until December :(

We work according to the first come, first serve principle. Unfortunately, we cannot say whether we will be able to deliver the first consignment to all those who place an order. However, should there be any delays, we will of course inform the pre-orderers accordingly.

Same here... I ordered the Pixel 5 on 2 October and until today the order confirmation said early November. As of this evening, it's now the beginning of December... I can understand that it is not easy to import the devices in large quantities, but that would mean that even the earliest pre-orderers would go empty until December... I hope I'm completely wrong :)

If early December then might as well get it discounted on black friday somewhere else..

At the moment, you can no longer order it at all from the Google DE Store.
Google did not expect this demand. The first reports are coming in with faulty copies (gap on the side) and the assumption that Google does not have quality control under control.
I am now waiting until mid-November. If there is no progress in terms of availability, it will be a different smartphone.
