Can the docking station be used for a Surface Pro 5 via USB A or will the displays not work then?

I can recommend this docking station. It works with all my laptops. USB C and also USB A. I have a 4K monitor and it works with 60Hz! But not with my small laptop. It only does 30Hz. So the display(s) work. (Install Display Port) But if the Surface Pro 5 can handle the resolution and the 60Hz you have to try it out. And don't forget the cable! HDMI, MiniHDMI.
And another thing: Whether you can charge with 65W depends on your device. I have not been able to get 65W via USB A.
