Hello, Can the scanner software supplied with EPSON and Silver Fasst SE Plus 8 be operated with the macOS 10.15.7 Catalina operating system?

I use the device exclusively and without problems with the EPSON software, currently under Catalina. Further processing with Adobe product or Affinity. The version of the EPSON software supplied will probably have to be updated, but EPSON has so far reliably kept its programmes and drivers up to date.
I cannot comment on Silverfast.
