4 film holders are supplied: Small format (for 135), medium format (for 120), large format (for 4x5'') and 35mm slide frames.

I cannot comment on the pricing. I have long forgotten the purchase price ... But: I have owned the Epson Perfection V850 scanner for years. It is an excellent device in every respect and I use it almost daily. Of course, the purchase price is also a criterion for me. But the quality and durability of the product seem much more important to me.

I am running the scanner with the macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 operating system.
Unfortunately, the supplier cannot deliver the item faster, sorry.
Digitec will probably do everything in its power to meet the delivery date. However, this is also dependent on Swiss Post, which is currently very busy if not overloaded. I would therefore regard it as a clear estimate, which unfortunately can also be postponed due to external circumstances. But at least the product is in stock, so it's just a matter of sending it to you.

It was not included with my device and no free order was possible.
Good day It depends, of course, on what you want to scan. But as soon as they scan negatives or slides, they don't want to miss Silverfast. A counter question. Which programme do you use for scanning? Epson's scanning programme does not automatically recognise the mask for 6x6 negatives with the selection "Film (with film holder)". With the selection "Film (with area guide)" the whole A4 area is scanned and then the 6x6 negatives can be selected with the help of manual frames. Silverfast Scan programme recognises the mask automatically.

The scanner comes with SE Plus. I upgraded to Studio because only this version can handle 16 bit colour depth. The programme needs time to get used to, but then it works very well.
