How about delivering the products that you have available according to the order confirmation from the external warehouse? It's now at least the third day, but you're probably overwhelmed with Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders. I've been waiting since the 11th of November and it's getting on my nerves.

Ordered almost four weeks ago on the first day the mainboard was listed. In the meantime, the "expected delivery date" has been changed/postponed for the fifth time. The last time it said "From stock at supplier, today approx. 10.00 a.m.", then suddenly again "the day after tomorrow" and now "expected in 7-9 days". These unreliable forecasts are simply frustrating...

And postponed again. I don't know why they always postpone on the day the goods are supposed to be delivered. I've never ordered a lot, but I've been ordering again and again since 2016 and I'm having a bad experience here. There are shops that even deliver the goods and the order only changes to "shipped" 😂. That is weak. Whether Digitec is screwing us, which we hope not, or the suppliers are screwing

Digitec - this way of dealing with customers and the way such information is communicated must be addressed ASAP.

I just spoke to Digitec support and they asked me to wait until the end of the week due to Black Friday / Cyber Monday. If not delivered by then, contact Digitec Support again so they can ask the supplier about the status of things.

With Digitec, I have now reached the point where if the item is not directly available from stock (not from an external warehouse) and I need it at short notice, I don't order it from Digitec...
Because with everything that is not directly available, the delivery times are, to put it nicely, unreliable.

I feel the same way. But I have no understanding for Black Fridays and Cyber Mondays. This mainboard wasn't there and I don't understand why we have to wait while the resellers get their products. Other platforms are flooded with these offers at Digitec. Unbelievable.

And since I paid either lit cc or twint, I had no way to specify if the payment would be delivered tomorrow or in 7-9 days or 9-11 or not on time after all.

Same here! I have been ordering since 11.11., last week I was told that delivery would be on Wednesday to Friday of this week, then from Monday "ready for dispatch from external warehouse" and now suddenly "no details available". I have already opened a ticket with KD and spoken on the phone without getting any relevant information! What is this all about?

I ordered on 11 November and have now received confirmation this evening that it is on its way.

Yesterday it said "in stock at the supplier, approx. today". And today it says "approx. beginning of January". So bad, yo.

I ordered mine November the 12th. Still waiting for it. Current delivery statement says : ready for shipment from external warehouse.
