I have now installed my Dell laptop, so far everything is fine. Except that the network cable doesn't get a signal. What could be the reason for this? I can access the internet by plugging the Ethernet cable directly into the laptop. Unfortunately, this does not work via the dock. Thanks

It is important that the drivers for the D6000 are installed on the laptop. Do external screens and other devices connected via USB work? If so, the connection may be defective. It works fine for me. The drivers can be downloaded from the Dell home page and must be installed without the laptop being connected to the docking station. Then connect it and update the firmware on the docking station (can also be downloaded from the Dell home page). Sincerely, A.Locher
