I'm looking for an iPad for university - so it's important that I can use the Apple Pen and that I can connect/connect a keyboard. Can this iPad do that? Thank you!

Yes, the iPad can do that. I would use GoodNotes or OneNote for that. Further, I would consider bridging the first semester. The new IPads should be released at KeyNote in the autumn.
