Very questionable sales strategy. Ordered 2 weeks ago and now they say "the delivery date has been exceeded. We are already clarifying with the manufacturer and will record a new delivery date as soon as possible". This game seems to have been going on here for months, I don't think it's ok to lure customers with false promises.

I am of the same opinion. I don't think it's right to treat customers this way. I am disappointed and will not order from Digi in the future. If the service here isn't right, I'd rather order cheaper elsewhere.  

I was only kindly waved off by the support ("it might be there soon, otherwise you can also cancel"). I have not (yet) received the promised message. Obviously nobody at Digitec is interested. (That's probably why there are no more replies here. Although Digitec always presents itself as being so close to the customer - unfortunately it's probably just marketing).
