The Joie i-Snug 2 continues the legacy of its predecessor as an excellent infant car seat for newborns. The bucket-shaped seat has a separate infant insert that can be removed as the baby grows. The cozy seat features special padding for the headrest, sides, and seating area. The headrest has a three-part cushioning on both sides, along with contouring memory foam padding. The foldable canopy provides shade from direct sunlight and keeps light rain away when transitioning from the car to indoor spaces. The car seat can be secured in the car rear-facing using the car’s own 3-point harness, or alternatively with a separately purchased ISOFIX base. The base allows for easy installation and removal from the car in just a few seconds and ensures a secure installation with visual color codes and a locking sound.
The Joie i-Snug 2 is classified in the group of 40-75 cm and is suitable for use for children from newborn up to about 12 months old.

The aim of the R129 standard is to improve child safety during car travel and reduce incorrect installation of seats. R129 standard tests are conducted using a test dummy equipped with 32 sensors, instead of the traditional 4 sensors, particularly including side collision as part of the acceptable marking.

Very safe and lightweight infant car seat with easy handling. As the car seat can only be used for children up to approx. 1 year of age, a rear-facing child seat should be used afterwards. The infant car seat is approved in accordance with UN Reg. 129 ("i-Size"), so the seat is selected based on the size of the child...
