The scale includes a separate display unit (Terminal 3800) that does not obstruct the display. It operates with a 5-key system and has a freely assignable function key. An integrated USB interface type B serves as a virtual serial interface. The scale is flexible for use in various locations, powered by either 6 AA batteries or an optional rechargeable battery pack (not retrofittable) with a charging circuit, offering a battery life of approximately 50 hours, depending on settings.
