Stain removal from upholstery should be done carefully. Stain removers should only be used if they have been tested on a non-visible area to see if and how they change the upholstery. Residue can be avoided by gently rubbing in a round motion to the stain. Never use solvents.

There are no different heights. Had to order this set 2x (because I needed the quantity) and the same chairs came both times. Solid chairs, I can recommend them.
