No, but clips for fastening. You can then simply attach the strip
Hmmmm I plug my Lightstrip directly into a socket, I don't have the power supply here. Mine also cost a lot more at 2 metres long
Hello, you can only operate the Hue Outdoor Lightstrip with a power supply unit. You can cut off the plug on the power supply unit and connect it directly to the power terminals in a flush-mounted box, for example.
Hoi - See also the specifications: https://www.philips-hue.com/de-ch/p/hue-white---color-ambiance-outdoor-lightstrip-5-meter/8718699709891#specifications Operating temperature -20 °C to 45 °C Operating humidity 5% H 95% (non-condensing) You will probably reach the temperature in the sauna (inside), and the humidity will probably be within the range. Not that it wouldn't work, but the parts will probably give up the ghost sooner... my2cents and LG
Yes, this lamp can be controlled via Bluetooth (mobile phone). The Hue Bridge is required for a cellular switch.
I can't say exactly how long it is because I have a socket next to it and the rest is buried. But certainly 230V plug - transformer 1.5m, transformer to strip 3m.
No
I recommend the outdoor strips because they already have a cover and therefore emit a more even light (humidity is probably only an issue if you do a steam sauna every time). Indoor strips are just 'naked' and need an aluminium profile and cover. In addition, the Outdoor is brighter (but I don't have the latest generation of IndoorStrip). Attention: Outdoor cannot be shortened or extended (Fix 2 or 5 metres).
No, the Outdoor Lightstrip are all on their own, so they cannot be combined from the power supply or as an extension. But of course they can be combined in the control system. You can neither extend nor shorten the Outdoor. That is the only disadvantage of the Outdoor Lightstrips.
