The jacket covers the entire back and shoulders of the dog, preventing water from getting in while allowing freedom of movement for the legs. It has a belly band that runs all the way around and is adjustable for a good fit. The reflective elements make your dog more visible in the dark. The chest area is secured with Velcro.
