The set consists of 4 steak knives with a smooth blade and a handle with a matte finish, short, practical, and handy. Thanks to the tip and sharpness, it is possible to cut cooked meat precisely and limit fraying. These Berkel steel knives are corrosion-resistant and do not rub against ceramics, features that are essential for daily use and guarantee a long lifespan.

  • 1.4034 AISI 420 is the most commonly used martensitic steel type for cutlery, as it has good corrosion resistance and is easy to sharpen.

Handle

  • Thermoplastic polymer, heat-resistant up to a maximum of 120°C.
