The Matrix is the most colorful new addition to the world of semi-automatic espresso machines. Aside from its spectacular, colorful side panels, it is technically identical to the Bezzera Duo. It combines traditional brewing group technology with a state-of-the-art control system via a touch display, creating an ambiance in your space with its customizable colored side panels. Through the 3.5" touch display, you can adjust the boiler temperature, daily on/off schedule, pre-infusion time, water filter alarm, water supply (direct water or tank), and prioritize the individual boilers. Additionally, the lighting (individually controllable RGB and brightness) can also be managed through this display. An automatic cleaning program is also integrated.

Extraction begins by pulling the lever up and is interrupted by lowering it once the desired amount of coffee is reached in the cup. The proven E61 brewing group is heated with water from a separate boiler for extraction via the thermosyphon circulation system. The temperature for optimal extraction is controlled by a PID thermostat.
