Is the 24cm diameter measured from the top or at the bottom of the roast? If from the top, what would be the diameter of the bottom?

Hello, the diameter is measured from the top, the bottom measures approx. 18 cm ø.

How long does this pan last? Only as long as a Teflon-coated pan, where the non-stick coating is worn through after 3 years? How can the Cortina Granitium be disposed of?

I cannot recommend it. The bottom warps after only a few uses. Coating is ok, but heat indicator is probably just a sales gimmick.

According to the manufacturer's website, the Cortina Granitium is not induction-compatible. Is this a mistake on your part or is the manufacturer's website not up to date?

Good evening Laenggi, There is no mistake. I own this pan set and it is not magnetic, so it is NOT induction-compatible. I've been using the frying pans for about 5 months now and can't report anything negative yet.

As far as I know, this pan is free from sensitive substances (I would google again to be on the safe side). That's exactly why I bought it at the time. According to descriptions and test reports on the Internet, this is one of the brands/models that is pretty much free of such stuff and still has a reasonably non-stick effect and is durable. I've had it for a few months now and am very happy with it so far.

Hi Community. Can anyone confirm the pan height of 7.1 cm? The product specification states 11.2 cm while the packaging is supposed to be 8 cm thick. Something is not right here. Many thanks in advance, greetings
