Yes, the SHOP that sells it doesn't really have anything else to do with technology. I wanted to get this one for 890, but fiddlesticks!

Yes, the robot can be used for multiple floors. It supports smart mapping of multiple floors via the app, so you can save maps and clean specifically. However, you must place the base station per floor or transport the robot manually, as it overcomes obstacles up to a maximum of 4.8 cm.

The appliance is actually available from Deltatecc in white. It was manufactured in white exclusively for a specialist electrical retailer in Germany. I received it this week and can confirm that the information here at Digitec is correct. I was even able to buy it on sale.

Yes, that is possible. In the app, there is a section called Map management for multiple floor areas. There you can tick the box for Multi-floor. After mapping, the robot automatically recognises which floor it is on.

You don't need spare batteries for this appliance as it has a fixed battery that is constantly recharged. Accessories such as wearing parts are also available to buy, but you get them when you buy the appliance new. Everything is supplied in duplicate and triplicate. This lasts for several years according to my experience, I'm not the first robot hoover but this one surpasses all the ones I've had. I am very satisfied. Mop roll makes all the difference. Most have mop pats.

Our prices may differ from other competitors or from the manufacturer. There may be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not always possible.

Hello everyone, I have a specific question about the base station and the battery. Station: What is the height when the lid is open? I would like to hide the station under a small wall table... However, it should still be possible to open the lid and remove the water tanks... Battery: On this website with all the test results details etc. it says "Consumption per m² in the test room" = "1.92 %/m²". Does this mean that only 52.08m² are cleaned with 100% battery? Then it says the following. "Suitable for": Hard floors carpeted floors Pets / lots of hair Up to 50 square metres Up to 100 square metres Over 100 square metres Further down it says max. suction time = 150 min. This would even mean only 46.9m², at 3.2min/m²... Has this been estimated so "conservatively" or has the battery been tested like this? What happens when the battery runs out? Does it stop and return to the charging station? If so, with how much battery? Is there a way to conserve the battery, e.g. by reducing the temperature of the roller or something like that? My Roborock S8 Pro Ultra vacuumed our flat with a cleaning area of 62m2 (according to the app) in 67min. (depending on how the carpet messed it up) and consumed about 40% battery in the process. I was then able to vacuum everything once a week, always on the Friday before we had visitors, and then mop. However, since we've had a carpet, it's been getting over 80% with both cleanings, which means it cancels the cleaning at the last 20% (always in the last room) and goes to recharge. Then at some point in the evening it continues again, often when the visitors are still there ^^. LG Fredu

Hello, "What is the height when the lid is open?" => 72 cm "Does this mean that only 52.08m² is cleaned with 100% battery? " => from my experience in suction only mode (without washing with mop) it cleans 95m2 starting with 90% battery and usually about 15% left over. In wash and vacuum mode (with mop) again starting with the battery at 90% it cleans about 90m2, then you have to recharge it to complete the task. "What happens when the battery runs out? Does it stop and return to the charging station? If yes, with how much battery?" => it returns to the charging station on its own usually when it drops below 15%. From what I've seen it recharges at least half before resuming cleaning, but it could also depend on how much it has left to clean (I don't have proof that it does this calculation though).

Yes, they are compatible. In Switzerland, autronic ag is the importer of both brands. They have spare parts.
