The removable bottom of the pan is easy to insert into the rim and can be easily pushed up after baking to lift the cake out of the pan. The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to care for. The rim of the cake pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. The iron core ensures even heat distribution for particularly good baking results. Cleaning is very simple thanks to the poreless smooth surface.
