Product details

Swiss Diamond uses robust, heat-tempered glass to ensure that the glass lid offers comfortable durability. This 32 cm model is designed for the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan and Sauté Pan but can also be used as a universal lid for any 32 cm pot or pan. The adjustable knob can be turned to open and close the integrated steam vent, allowing the cook to control moisture during cooking without having to lift the lid. It is oven-safe up to 260 °C. Avoid exposing this or other glass items to rapid temperature changes, such as placing a hot lid in cold water.
