This Ken Hom Classic Wok, made of 32 cm carbon steel, develops its own non-stick surface through the buildup of carbon deposits on the cooking surface.

It is suitable
for all types of stovetops except induction cookers, and it is preferable to use it on a gas stove or wok burner.

Made from 1.4 mm thick carbon steel, this wok can be washed by hand. There is no need to use detergents, as this would remove the natural seasoning.

The wok darkens with use, which is a natural process of a well-seasoned wok. It protects the surface from rust and naturally prevents food from sticking without adding too much oil.

It offers excellent heat retention properties and is ideal for cooking at high temperatures.
