I bought a new machine, only smoke/steam and very little hot water comes out of the milk frother... but no milk, what am I doing wrong?? Already defective after only 10 minutes or what? Haha

Helpful answer

The nozzle was probably not pressed in correctly or not firmly enough. As a result, the vapour escapes next to the nozzle.

Try to insert the container correctly. This happens to me when it is not fully engaged in the machine at the top.
