Mount correctly, mount tightly

* For the Tangential Coverage to work properly, the mudguard must be mounted very close to the wheel. Aim for 5-10 mm tyre clearance to achieve maximum coverage.

The right angle

* Just as important as a tight fit is the angle of the mudguard. There are three different settings to compensate for the angle of your seat stays. Choose the setting that allows a horizontal or upward position. Avoid a downward angle as this will reduce the effectiveness of the mudguard.

Buckle up tightly

* The straps are made of extremely durable TPU and should be tightened as tight as you can comfortably manage by hand. If you find that the mudguard is not stable, try using the next hole in the strap.

Anti-jam

* Although the Win-Wing is robust, it can bend in the event of an accident and is designed so that it will not jam if large natural debris gets caught on your bike.

Anti-theft

* If you want to attach it permanently to your bike, the Win-Wing can be attached to your bike with a standard cable tie through a slot provided, making it easier for people with sticky fingers to resist.
