Pro resistance bands are of very high quality. The material of the bands contains very little latex, making them almost 100% hypoallergenic and suitable even for many latex allergy sufferers. The resistance bands do not leave a mess on the hands when used, as there is very little powder on the surface. Furthermore, the bands are extremely durable, making them excellent for use by physiotherapists as well. The tensile strength of the resistance bands is very good, and they always return to the same resting length. Resistance bands are available in six different stiffness levels: extra light, light, medium, heavy, extra heavy, and super heavy.

The resistance of the heavy band is approximately 3.2 kg.
