The shoe covers are made of 100% waterproof PVC, keeping your feet dry and warm while keeping your high heels clean. The rain overshoes are easy to clean and very low maintenance. For half sizes, the choice should depend on the type of shoes and their shape (pumps smaller, ankle boots one size larger).
