The tooth geometry with progressively increasing tooth pitch enables work with materials of varying densities. The milled, wavy teeth are designed for quick cuts in metal sheets. The tooth strip made of hardened HSS (high-speed steel) and BIM is reinforced with highly elastic HCS, which reduces the risk of breakage while providing sufficient strength and flexibility to cut perforated steel sheets (standard thickness). The jigsaw blade features a fine progressive tooth pitch (1.2 to 2.6 mm) and can cut many strong and thin metal sheets with a thickness of 1.5 to 10 mm.
