The Facom 467R is made of chrome-vanadium steel, is chrome-plated, and has a satin finish. It features a shock-resistant and chemical-resistant holder. The ring and open-end have a ratchet function. The 2-in-1 open-end allows for a full attachment for the ratchet function and a half attachment for the approach phase.
