The Rainboy does not simply collect rainwater; it passes through a filter system, ensuring that it is cleaned before entering your rain barrel or water tank. With the Rainboy, rainwater can now be utilized even when coarse impurities previously made this impossible. Therefore, the Rainboy is particularly suitable for rainwater harvesting systems. The rain collector operates on the principle of communicating vessels. The rain collector and barrel are connected by a hose piece. Once the water level reaches the maximum fill height, the rainwater flows through the downpipe into the sewage system. It can be installed in rain downpipes made of metal or plastic, even retroactively.
