The 1/2" COMPETITION ratchet torque spanner set is a 4-piece torque spanner set for controlled clockwise tightening in the range from 20 to 200 Nm. The mechanical ratchet torque spanner has a double scale in Nm and lbf-ft as well as a finely graduated Nm micrometre scale for precise setting of the desired torque. The large viewing window with magnifying function makes it easy to read during everyday work. The triggering accuracy is +/-3 %, the torque spanner is repeatable and precise with at least 5,000 load cycles.

The robust 72-tooth ratchet mechanism with a 5° swing-back angle supports precise employees even with limited room to manoeuvre. The ratchet head is also equipped with a push-button quick-release function. The torque is set quickly and safely by turning the handle and secured using the locking option on the handle. The ergonomic 2-component handle with soft zone supports a hand-friendly application. The square drive is designed in accordance with DIN 3120 and ISO 1174 with ball lock. An individual serial number for unique product identification and the declaration of calibration conformity in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789:2017(E) are also included.
