Pump spray container for alkaline solutions with a capacity of 1.5 liters. This PE container is designed for diluted alkaline solutions (pH value 7 - 14) and features milliliter scales and a level indicator. The container and the pump head are color-coded for easy identification. Various nozzles are suitable for different applications, and it includes an ergonomic handle as well as a safety valve.

The white-transparent PE container is UV-stabilized and has a maximum capacity of 1500 ml, with a maximum fill volume of 1200 ml. It features a powerful pump mechanism, an adjustable nozzle, a level indicator, and a safety valve. Pressure is built up manually with a combined overpressure and pressure relief valve. Different nozzles allow for specific applications, and additional functional nozzles are available as accessories. The color-coded container and pump head are blue.

The flat spray nozzle has an angle of 110° and a spray pattern with a flat spray at 2.5 bar. The spray volume is 450 ml/min, with a spray distance of 0.8 m. The temperature range is +5 to +30 °C, and the maximum operating pressure is 2.5 bar. This container is suitable for diluted alkaline solutions (pH value 7 - 14), provided that the spray material is resistant to these media. For corrosive or unspecified media, compatibility should be clarified in advance.

The materials include an HDPE container, Viton® (FKM) seals, a special plastic pump head, a stainless steel valve rod/springs, and a PP nozzle.
