Material suitability: The RHODIUS RS67 has been specifically designed for processing steel (black steel, also known as construction steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037, or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS67 rough grinding wheel is excellent for beveling, preparing weld seams, leveling welds, and deburring. Construction and manufacturing: The wheel is manufactured according to EN 12413 and is safety tested and oSa certified. Every thousandth wheel is tested for safety at nearly double the operational speed. It contains high-quality abrasive grain (alumina, also known as corundum) and specially formulated phenolic resin, as well as a reinforcement made of three full-surface fiberglass fabric layers. This rough grinding wheel far exceeds the legally required side load of 290 N. Quality: With the RS67, the user receives the best RHODIUS tool in its category.
