Precision wire stripper. A precise wire stripper designed for preparing coaxial and other multi-layer cables up to a diameter of 10 mm. It consists of three individual cutting blades with spring-loaded connections, which can be adjusted to independent depths using continuously adjustable adjustment wheels, allowing for precise control of the various stages when stripping coaxial cables. Twelve cable stops are available (4 mm - 15 mm in 1 mm increments). When attached to the tool, these set the stripping lengths for the braid, dielectric, and inner conductor. The length can also be modified or finely adjusted by the depth of the stop connection. After locking (locking wheels are included), a cable can be inserted under each blade and pressed against the corresponding cable stop. A few turns of the stripper prepare the cable for mounting on connectors, terminal blocks, etc. Features include arbitrary scales on the adjustment wheels for a good display of blade depth for repeatable workflows. Additionally, a side wheel is color-coded to easily identify the order during preparation. The middle blade cuts insulation up to a conductor diameter of 1 mm. Each wire stripper comes with a 3-piece set of replacement blades. Additional replacement blades are available separately. Each wire stripper is supplied with instructions.
